Saab released official pictures of the 9-3 Griffin, which will replace the familiar Sport Sedan, SportCombi, Convertible and 9-3X. The car will be officially presented in Geneva, and will be available in two versions - standard and Aero.

Saab 9-3 Griffin features a new front bumper and front lights, inspired by the new 9-5. Inside are available new materials and components with metallic luster.


Changes there in the engines. Under the hood of 9-3 Griffin worked gasoline 2.0-liter supercharged engine and two levels of power - 163 hp and 220 hp The engines offer more power, compared with those they replace, while demonstrating lower fuel consumption and lower levels of harmful emissions (around 4%).

TTiD diesel engine provides three power levels - 130.160 and 180 hp, the most economical, which delivers an average fuel consumption of 4.5 liters per 100 kilometers and emissions under 119 g / km.

All engines are equipped as standard with six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
